Ease of Use with Cloud-Managed Stacking

With PoE models, up to 30W PoE power delivery is available for Class 4 PoE devices like access points, surveillance cameras and VoIP phones, and up to 60W PoE power delivery is available for Class 6 PoE devices like pan-tilt zoom cameras and video-enabled IP-phones.

The 12-port, 24-port, and 48-port PoE models come with a power budget of 480W, 370W and 600W respectively to support the latest PoE-powered IoT devices.

Each model of the HPE Networking Instant On Switch 1960 series includes four 10 GbE connections to connect to servers, network storage devices, or to other switches.

Each switch has a pull-out tag, known as a luggage tag, on the front panel of the switch.

The tag includes a QR code that includes switch ID information (SKU number, SKU name, serial number, and MAC address) for easy switch onboarding through Instant On mobile app.

Two connections of 10 GBASE-T deliver 10 GbE over copper Category 5/6a cabling for simple, affordable, high-bandwidth connections to a maximum distance of 100 meters.

Livrare, Plata & Retur

Livrare Comenzi

Condițiile și modalitățile de livrare pot varia în funcție de valoarea totală a comenzii, destinația livrării și greutatea coletului.

Programul de Expediere și Termenul de Livrare

În general, comenzile plasate și confirmate între luni și vineri, până la ora 15:00, sunt expediate în termen de 48 de ore de la confirmarea comenzii. Comenzile plasate vineri după ora 15:00, precum și cele de sâmbătă și duminică, vor fi expediate cel mai devreme marți. Orice excepție legată de termenul de livrare va fi comunicată clientului telefonic sau prin e-mail de către responsabilul de vânzări.

Comenzile pot fi livrate exclusiv pe teritoriul României. Confirmarea acceptării costurilor de livrare se realizează de comun acord între client și reprezentantul de vânzări, fie prin e-mail, fie telefonic, indiferent de valoarea comenzii.

Modalități de Plată

  • Plata prin card bancar online: Direct pe site, printr-o soluție securizată. Toate tipurile de carduri sunt acceptate.
  • Plata prin virament bancar: Livrarea se va efectua după confirmarea primirii banilor în contul nostru.
  • Plata în numerar: Plata se efectuează direct la curier la momentul livrării.

Durata de Livrare

Termenul standard de livrare este de 1-4 zile lucrătoare de la confirmarea comenzii, cu exceptia situatiei in care este stipulat altfel in pagina de produs sau in pagina de comanda.

Politica de Retur

Clienții au dreptul să returneze produsele achiziționate în termen de 14 zile calendaristice de la data primirii acestora, fără a oferi un motiv, conform legislației în vigoare. Pentru a iniția procesul de retur, este necesar să contactați reprezentantul nostru de vânzări prin e-mail sau telefonic.

Costuri asociate returului:

  • Retur din cauza magazinului: Dacă returul este cauzat de o eroare a magazinului (produs greșit, defect sau neconform descrierii), taxa de transport pentru retur este suportată integral de către GGLSALES.
  • Retur din cauza schimbării deciziei clientului: În cazul în care clientul decide să returneze produsul din alte motive decât cele menționate mai sus (de exemplu, s-a răzgândit), costurile de transport pentru retur vor fi suportate de către client.

Condiții pentru acceptarea returului:

  • Produsele returnate trebuie să fie în aceeași stare în care au fost primite: nefolosite, fără urme de uzură, deteriorare sau modificare, și împreună cu toate accesoriile și documentele primite (factură, certificat de garanție, etc.).
  • În cazul în care produsele sunt desigilate, deteriorate, prezintă urme de utilizare sau modificări, ne rezervăm dreptul de a refuza returul sau de a deduce un procent de până la 20% din valoarea produsului pentru a acoperi costurile de repunere în vânzare la un preț redus.

Rambursarea sumei plătite se va face în termen de 14 zile calendaristice de la primirea și verificarea produsului returnat, prin aceeași metodă de plată utilizată la achiziție, cu excepția cazului în care s-a convenit altfel.

Procesarea Comenzilor în Perioadele de Sărbători

În perioadele de sărbători (Paște, sărbători de iarnă), de Black Friday și pe durata altor campanii speciale, procesarea și livrarea comenzilor pot dura între 7 și 10 zile lucrătoare.
