3. Products and services offered
GREAT GIORGIO LOGISTIC S.R.L. reserves the right to select customers. The products sold on the Site are new, in the manufacturer's original packaging, and are accompanied by a tax invoice and other legal documents upon delivery. Products are offered within the limits of available stock; thus, GREAT GIORGIO LOGISTIC S.R.L. reserves the right not to honor an order if the product is no longer in stock.
Prices are updated daily and do not include delivery costs, except in cases expressly specified on the Site. The final price will be established by the sales consultant at the time of order confirmation.
4. Payment for products
Ordered products can be paid in advance or upon delivery. Accepted payment methods are: bank card (MasterCard and Visa), cash on delivery and bank transfer for companies. In certain cases, GREAT GIORGIO LOGISTIC S.R.L. may request advance payment, and proof of payment will be sent to office@gglsales.com. Delivery will be made only after receipt of the amount related to the order.
5. Product delivery policy
Products are delivered throughout the country by express courier. Orders placed by Thursday, 2:00 PM, are delivered to the courier the same week. Orders placed after this time, including those on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, will be delivered the following week. In case of delays or problems in the delivery of GGLSALES products, customers will be contacted 24 hours in advance to take the necessary measures. We note that delays may occur due to congestion of courier services or suppliers.
If the customer is not found at the specified address within the established time frame, the courier will return after prior contact, and if the delivery fails again, the order will be canceled and the customer will bear the costs of a new delivery.
GREAT GIORGIO LOGISTIC S.R.L. reserves the right to delay or cancel deliveries for reasons beyond the company's control, including fires, floods, epidemics, strikes, government conflicts, wars, acts of terrorism, protests or other cases of force majeure.
6. Cancellation and Return Policy
