Sfaturi:
Asambleaza cu rabdare si atentie, nu forta imbinarea a doua piese/componente.
Fiecare piesa de puzzle are doua fete si poate fi indoita intr-o singura directie, asigura-te ca partea corecta a pieselor este orientata in exterior.
Asambleaza fiecare sectiune a modelului fara unelte, cum ar fi cutit sau foarfeca, nici lipici.
Pasi de asamblare:
Urmeaza instructiunile din brosura pentru a-ti construi puzzle-ul. Fiecare piesa de puzzle este numerotata pentru a te ajuta sa finalizezi asamblarea.
Se recomanda sa se foreze toate gaurile de imbinare inainte de asamblare.
Pentru a te asigura ca fiecare piesa poate fi identificata usor, nu scoate toate piesele o data, te rog desprinde doar piesele de care ai nevoie pentru fiecare pas in timpul asamblarii (deoarece numerele pieselor sunt tiparite pe foaia de puzzle langa fiecare piesa de puzzle). Transforma spatiul cu arta in miniatura.

Order Delivery
Delivery terms and conditions may vary depending on the total order value, delivery destination and package weight.
Shipping Schedule and Delivery Time
In general, orders placed and confirmed between Monday and Friday, by 3:00 PM, are shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation. Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 PM, as well as those on Saturday and Sunday, will be shipped on Tuesday at the earliest. Any exception related to the delivery time will be communicated to the customer by phone or email by the sales representative.
Orders can be delivered exclusively within Romania. Confirmation of acceptance of delivery costs is made by mutual agreement between the customer and the sales representative, either by email or phone, regardless of the order value.
Payment Methods
- Payment by online bank card: Directly on the website, through a secure solution. All types of cards are accepted.
- Payment by bank transfer: Delivery will be made after confirmation of receipt of money in our account.
- Cash payment: Payment is made directly to the courier at the time of delivery.
Delivery Time
The standard delivery time is 1-4 business days from order confirmation, unless otherwise stipulated on the product page or on the order page.
Order Processing During Holiday Periods
During holiday periods (Easter, winter holidays), Black Friday and during other special campaigns, order processing and delivery may take between 7 and 10 business days.
Return Policy
Customers have the right to return the purchased products within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without giving a reason, according to the legislation in force. To initiate the return process, it is necessary to contact our sales representative by e-mail or phone.
Return costs:
- Return due to store error: If the return is caused by a store error (wrong, defective or not as described product), the return shipping fee is fully borne by GGLSALES.
- Return due to change of mind of the customer: If the customer decides to return the product for reasons other than those mentioned above (for example, changed his mind), the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Conditions for accepting the return:
- Returned products must be in the same condition in which they were received: unused, without signs of wear, damage or modification, and together with all accessories and documents received (invoice, warranty certificate, etc.).
- If the products are unsealed, damaged, show signs of use or modification, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to deduct a percentage of up to 20% of the value of the product to cover the costs of reselling at a reduced price.
The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 calendar days of receipt and verification of the returned product, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
