Shipping Schedule and Delivery Time
In general, orders placed and confirmed between Monday and Friday, by 3:00 PM, are shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation. Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 PM, as well as those on Saturday and Sunday, will be shipped on Tuesday at the earliest. Orders can be delivered exclusively within Romania. Confirmation of acceptance of delivery costs is made by mutual agreement between the customer and the sales representative, either by email or phone, regardless of the order value.
Payment Methods

Delivery Time

Return Policy

Return costs:

Conditions for accepting the return:

- If the products are unsealed, damaged, show signs of use or modification, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to deduct a percentage of up to 20% of the value of the product to cover the costs of reselling at a reduced price.
The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 calendar days of receipt and verification of the returned product, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
